1Your account

You need an account to play. Give a real email address, keep your password safe and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens on it.

One manager account per person. Running several accounts to help one club, or trading between your own clubs, is not allowed.

2Playing fair

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play with scripts or bots, or harass other managers. Report bugs to support instead of using them.

Forum posts, feed posts, comments and messages must be respectful. We may remove content and warn, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

3PRO passes and payments

PRO is an optional time-based access pass: it unlocks extra features for the number of days you bought (20, 60, 120 or 365). Each pass is a single payment and does not renew. PRO is not a currency and has no cash value. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay; see the pricing page.

Our payments are processed by our online reseller Xsolla (USA), Inc., the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Xsolla handles payment questions and returns; you can reach Xsolla support at xsolla.com/support.

Refunds within 14 days of purchase: see the refund policy, or email info@tacfc.com. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law of your country.

5Game money and items

Club money, players and other in-game items have no cash value and belong to the game. You get the right to use them while playing. Gold and rewards follow the rules shown on the Rewards page.

6The service

We work to keep TAC FC running and fair, but the game is provided as it is and can change: we may add, change or remove features, rebalance the game or pause it for maintenance.

We are not liable for indirect losses from using the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country.

7Closing an account

You can stop playing and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms; for serious abuse we may do so without warning.

8Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the game. Continuing to play means you accept the new terms.
