Privacy policy

1What we collect

Account details: your email address, a password (stored only as a secure hash) or your Google account, your manager name, country and language.

If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We do not get your Google password or access to anything else in your Google account.

Game data: your club, players, tactics, messages, forum posts and other things you create while playing.

Payments for PRO are handled by PayPal or Stripe. We receive the result of the payment (amount, date, status, a reference) but never your card or bank details.

Technical data: the device and browser type, the time of requests and error reports when something breaks, so we can fix problems.

2How we use it

To run your account and the game, send emails you need (sign-up confirmation, password reset, notices about your club), process PRO payments, keep the game fair (detecting multiple accounts and abuse) and fix errors.

We do not sell your personal data.

3Cookies and local storage

We keep a sign-in token and your preferences (language, theme, text size) in your browser so you stay signed in and the site looks the way you chose. These are needed for the site to work.

When you arrive from one of our ads we remember the campaign (for up to 30 days) and save it with your account when you sign up, so we know which ads bring new managers.

4Product analytics (our own)

To learn which pages and features help managers, we count page visits (the kind of page, never the player or club it shows) and taps on main buttons, with your language, theme and whether you use a phone or a computer. This stays with us: no third party, no advertising use, no internet address stored, and nothing you type is ever sent.

Visits before you sign in carry a random browser number only. The raw records are deleted after 90 days; we keep only daily totals.

5Ads measurement (Meta)

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure those ads: which visits and sign-ups came from them. When you sign up, Meta receives an encrypted (hashed) copy of your email address, your internet address, your browser type and the ad click id, never your password. After sign-up the same applies to a few milestones: your first line-up saved, your first match watched, starting a checkout and a completed payment or donation (with its amount). Testing accounts and computer-run clubs never send anything.

You choose: a small banner lets you Accept or Decline. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Turkey nothing is sent to Meta until you press Accept; elsewhere it is on unless you press Decline. You can change your choice any time with Cookie choices at the bottom of every page.

6Who else sees it

Other players see your manager name, club, country and what you post in public places such as the forum and the feed.

Service providers process data for us under their own privacy terms: our hosting provider, email delivery, Google (sign-in), PayPal or Stripe (payments) and Meta (ads measurement, only as described above).

7How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, it is closed and hidden at once, and your personal data is removed at the start of the next game season, except payment records we must keep by law.

To prevent fraud (one person running several accounts) we keep the internet (IP) addresses you sign in from for up to 90 days, only in a hashed form that cannot be turned back into the address.

8Your choices

You can change your details and language in Settings. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by writing to info@tacfc.com from the email on your account.

9Children

TAC FC is not meant for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will remove it.

10Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the game.
