Delete your TAC FC account
This applies to the app TAC FC: Football Manager and to the website tacfc.com. Both use the same account, so you only delete it once.
How to delete your account
In the app or on the website, sign in and open Settings > Danger zone > Delete my account.
Or send an e-mail to info@tacfc.com from the e-mail address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
What gets deleted
Your account, your club, your players, your messages, your forum posts and your personal data. Your account is closed and hidden at once, and everything is deleted at the start of the next game season.
What we keep
- Payment records, because the law requires us to keep them.
- Hashed IP addresses, for security and fraud prevention, for up to 90 days. They cannot be turned back into your address.
When it can't be undone
Until the season ends you can sign in again and restore your account in one tap, always for at least 14 days. After that it is deleted for good: your account, club and players can't be brought back.
